Terms & Conditions

  • The Cost of Rental is $350 per dumpster for 1-7 days. Rental of the dumpster(s) is not limited to 1-7 days. Extensions of the agreed upon rental dates are subject to availability. All payments for rentals and extensions will be paid in full before or on the start date or the extension day by 7:00 am. Payment of $350 for extensions will be paid via card on file. If the card on file declines, the renter has 2 hours from 7:00 am of extension day to pay in full or the dumpster(s) will be picked up and the extension will be terminated.
  • Owner shall not be liable for any personal injury or damage to any personal property sustained by the renter or anyone affiliated with the renter. If the dumpster(s) is thought to be stolen, alert the owner before you alert the authorities if it is prudent to do so. The owner will review the situation and determine a course of action, with monetary compensation a possibility.
  • Damages and lost or stolen dumpster(s) are grounds, but not necessarily direct consequences, for denial of use of Dumpster Rental Company LLC dumpster(s) for the entire representative group or organization for an indefinite period of time. For all cases, the group will be subject to the penal code, not the individual.
  • The renter shall keep and maintain the rented dumpster(s) during the terms or the rental at his own cost and expense. He shall keep the dumpster(s) in a good state of repair, normal wear and tear expected. The Renter will be responsible for risk of theft, damage, loss, or destruction of the dumpster(s) from any and every cause. If while in the Renter’s possession the dumpster(s) becomes damaged, the Renter agrees to pay for any and all costs of repair, up to the current value of the dumpster(s). If while in the Renter’s possession, the dumpster(s) becomes lost, the renter agrees to pay the Owner its current value.

Cookies

If you use our site, basic information will be collected and stored in cookies, for example but limited to, name, email address. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave and return. These cookies will last for up to one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you purchase on our site, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the some of the basic purchase information.

Embedded content from other providers

Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Additional terms and conditions will apply when using our providers and you must agree to their terms.

Sharing your data

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. Payment processing is performed by Stripe or Square and is using industry standard encryption and security.

Retaining your data

If you purchase or fill out a form, the metadata is retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up inquiry or purchase instead of requiring you to input all of your information again.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time with some limitations on encrypted data that we do not have direct access to. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Rights over your data

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
